The Kia'i sandal from Olukai has water-resistant synthetic leather straps with soft, quick-drying Lycra knit lining and neoprene backer. There is Anatomical compression-molded EVA midsole with a non-slipping brushed EVA drop-in footbed for personalized fit. Kia'i has a non-marking outsole with coral reef design for added grip. These Olukai sandals are designed along side the Hawaiian Lifeguard Association (HLA). All 420+ guards wear the Kia'i as part of their uniform and a portion of the proceeds goes to the HLA Junior Guard Program.
