HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All items purchased from 11/25/2013 - 12/12/2013 will be eligible for return or exchange up to January 12, 2014. All items purchased on or after December 12, 2013 will fall within the standard 30 day return policy as mentioned below.
Free ground shipping on orders over $75.
Orders placed before 12PM Pacific Standard Time on business days typically ship the same day. We offer a variety of shipping options from various carriers. To ensure your product arrives on time, select the appropriate shipping method when placing your order. Flat rate orders will ship FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground. Flat rate shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes and protectorates will ship via USPS or FedEx SmartPost.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your return items are unwashed and unworn with the manufacturer tags still attached. To avoid having your return denied please refrain from smoking or wearing perfume when trying on swim and apparel. We will refund the same account used to place your order upon receipt and inspection of your return items. At the time your return is processed you will receive an email notification of the refund credit to your account.
Note - we do not accept COD shipments; you should use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance (FedEx, UPS, USPS) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

The fastest way to exchange items is to purchase the desired exchange item from our website and follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items. An exchange can also be facilitated by contacting us via email or phone.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive damaged goods or an item you did not order please contact us by phone or email and we will issue an RMA and call tag for your return items.
*For health reasons, swimwear may not be returned once worn.
