Free ground shipping is available on orders with a cart total over $75 (does not include tax or shipping charges). We reserve the right to select the carrier and method for orders with free shipping.
Orders placed before 12PM Pacific Standard Time on business days typically ship the same day. We offer a variety of shipping options from various carriers. To ensure your product arrives on time, select the appropriate shipping method when placing your order. Flat rate orders will ship FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Flat rate shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. boxes and protectorates will ship via USPS.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, some of our more popular products are housed in fulfillment centers operated by Amazon at several locations in the Continental US. The shipping carrier used for multi-channel fulfillment may not always be the same as the method selected in your order, however we always match the available shipping method to the one that most closely matches your selection (Ground, Expedited/2-Day Air or Overnight.)
To place an order with an international billing and/or shipping address simply add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and select "International Checkout" when you're ready to complete your order. At this point you will be able to input your international billing and shipping information as well as see the total cost of your order including customs, duties and taxes in your home currency.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your return items are unwashed and unworn with the manufacturer tags still attached. To avoid having your return denied please refrain from smoking or wearing perfume when trying on swim and apparel. We will refund the same account used to place your order upon receipt and inspection of your return items. At the time your return is processed you will receive an email notification of the refund credit to your account.
Note - we do not accept COD shipments; you should use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance (FedEx, UPS, USPS) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

The fastest way to exchange items is to purchase the desired exchange item from our website and follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items. Due to the high turnover and popularity of our products we cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be stocked unless you purchase it immediately. We cannot reserve or hold inventory that has not been paid for.
For your security no payment information is stored from previously placed orders.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive damaged goods or an item you did not order please contact us by phone or email and we will issue an RMA and call tag for your return items.
*For health reasons, swimwear may not be returned once worn.
