Items may be returned or exchanged as long as they are unwashed, unworn, and unused with all tags attached.*

RETURNS:

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your return items are unwashed and unworn with the manufacturer tags still attached. To avoid having your return denied please refrain from smoking or wearing perfume when trying on swim and apparel. To return an unwanted item please include a copy of your invoice with the return item, write the order number clearly on the outside of the package and send your return to:

We will refund the same account used to place your order upon receipt and inspection of your return items. At the time your return is processed you will receive an email notification of the refund credit to your account.

Note: we do not accept COD shipments, you should use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your receive damaged goods or an item you did not order please contact us by phone or email and we will issue an RMA and call tag for your return items. In the event you receive an item that was physically damaged in transit and were unable to refuse the shipment please contact us to receive your RMA and call tag.

*For health reasons, swimwear may not be returned once worn.
