Holiday Shipping Schedule & Extended Return Policy Period
* To accomodate items purchased as Christmas or Holiday gifts all orders placed before December 14th can still be returned for a full refund up to the 16th of January
* To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas (delivered on/before Wednesday December 24th) the last day to make your purchase using the selected shipping methods are as follows:
Standard Ground Shippping/PO Box Addresses by noon December 16th
USPS Priority by noon December 19th
2 Day Air (FedEx/UPS) by December 21st
Next Day Air by December 22nd
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order as long as your return items are unwashed and unworn with the manufacturer tags still attached. To avoid having your return denied please refrain from smoking or wearing perfume when trying on swim and apparel. To return your unwanted item include a copy of your invoice with the return item, write the order number clearly on the outside of the package and send your return to:

We will refund the same account used to place your order upon receipt and inspection of your return items. At the time your return is processed you will receive an email notification of the refund credit to your account.
Note- we do not accept COD shipments; you should use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to purchase the new desired exchange item from our website and then follow the instructions above for returning your unwanted items. Due to the high turnover and popularity of our products we cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be stocked unless you purchase it immediately.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive damaged goods or an item you did not order please contact us by phone or email and we will issue an RMA and call tag for your return items.
*For health reasons, swimwear may not be returned once worn.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Checkout by clicking the “Outside the U.S.?” button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
